With only a few weeks to go before my first OTB classical tournament in over a year, I decided to get a warmup by playing in a small tournament at the Spence Chess Club here in Omaha.
Really enjoyed this article, especially your analysis of game 3 and your reasoning behind Rc8. It actually reminded me of a recent Danya video (https://youtu.be/bFLEuc7G7YA?si=5LFsldmiSiWM3OZw at 11 minutes in), where he plays (with a bit more calculation) 0-0, because it’s the move you should just want to play, if you can make it work!
Always good advice mistro! I was considering doing the same thing. I normally prefer senior sections but G.10 or 15 makes little difference. Breakaleg in you next OTB standard Time control section.

Really like the manner in which you talk through your thought process. Very useful for a lowly 1300 like me. Thanks Nate.
